How To Use Energy Mists

Energy Mists are created with a blend of herbs and intention, charged under either the Sun or Moon depending on what you need. Each bottle is personal to you, your intentions, your magick, and your desire so, however you use it, it will work out for your good in the end.

Ways to Use
  1. To Cleanse Space
  2. To Consecrate / Cleanse Items
  3. On Skin / Glamours
  4. As A Protective Mist
  5. During Intention/ Spellwork

Cleansing Space & Items

Room
Start with closing your eyes and imagine all of the energy gathered in your space, then begin spraying the different corners of the room moving counterclockwise around the room as you do so. Every time you spray, see the energy broken up and purified.

This is a perfect morning ritual addition

Items
Hold the spray in your hand and close your eyes, setting the intention that each item you spray is cleansed of it's old energy and refreshed. Then one by one, take your tools in your left hand (or less dominant hand for my ambis and lefities), and begin spraying them. I use three spritzes across the front, back, and bottom to complete the process.

Setting Intentions & Spell Work

Visualize your desires and intentions clearly before beginning. Write them down with a pen you like writing with in a journal or a loose leaf piece of paper. Sign the paper, spritz it with your energy mist while still thinking about your intention, and keep in a safe place. Use the energy mist whenever you want to "charge" your intentions.

Spray on your pillow before you go to sleep at night to prevent nightmares and give clear dreams. Can also be used along with dream satchet to protect you in the dream realm.

Use to cleanse tools and ingredients before using in magick.

For Protection
Spraying a protective aura around yourself before going out into the world or whenever you enter a new space is a great way to keep yourself protected and surrounded by magick.

In Glamour & Beauty Magick
This spray can be rubbed on the skin, sprayed on the face before and/or after makeup, used as a spritz to keep skin refreshed throughout the day, or in bath water. It can also be sprayed to consecrate charms and talismans before charging.

While adding to skin, use a mantra/incantation like "I am beautiful" or "I stand out clear for all admirers to see" as many times as necessary until it's stuck. Then whenever you reuse the spray, repeat the mantra to recharge it
