Refunds & Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you love your package and everything in it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information about our return and refund policies.

Our policy last for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by we can not offer you an exchange or reimbursement.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at matterzcollective@gmail.com to obtain a Return code. After receiving this code, place the item securely in its original packaging and Proof of Purchase and any additional items the package came with, and mail return it to the address provided with your return code.

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting it's condition, we will process your exchange or provide you with a code/gift card to use any store credits earned.

Exceptions
Several types of products are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Perishable foods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:
  • Loose herb blends
  • Downloadable products or software
  • Handmade products
  • Custom items
  • Personal Care Items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us via the details below to arrange an exchange or receive reimbursement.

Please Note: Sale Items are always FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

​Refunds
Refunds and reimbursements are offered on a case-by-case basis. All returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds will not be provided for services or digital products, under any circumstances. All services booked matterzcollective.com are final sale. This also applies to all bookings made on other sites linked through matterzcollective.com and any purchases through Paypal with a note.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted, such as:
  • Mistakes on our behalf
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items
  • Missed your appointment
  • Never received your products or service

Customers can be reimbursed for purchases through store credits and exchanges (see above).

Imani Christina & Matterz Collective are not responsible for providing reimbursement for customer mistakes or errors.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at matterzcollective.com and we'll let you know where to send it.
