- Write out your petition/desires in the space provided. Bullet points are allowed (3 or less). Include one-three words that describe your intentions (ex: love / magnetism / protection / domination)

Things like l adornments and specific ingredients can be requested after the initial purchase, but may incur an additional price depending on their nature.
