Hibiscus has many uses, such as skin-tightening and toning, regulating menstrual cycles, easing stomach pains,
Lemon Balm eases anxiety, improves sleep & relaxation, and soothes abdominal pain. It can also help regulate appetite.
Catnip has relaxing & sleep-inducing qualities. This herb promotes light-heartedness, and will also help with anxiety. On the skin, catnip helps produce that "glowy" skin look.
Passionflower can be used to regulate the heart, lower blood pressure, and treat epilepsy. It has commonly been used for neurological concerns like depression and insomnia.
- For baths, add the bag of herbs while running bathwater. Prepare the bath as usual and enjoy.
- For a shower, there are two methods
- Drag the mesh bag along your body, repeating mantras or affirmations.
- Add herbs and warm water in a separate pot. Apply from the feet to the head or pour over the shoulders, whichever feels right to you.
